HYDRANGEA AND ZANTEDESCHIA

In the video works, I slowly paint a cut flower on a black background with spray paint. Although the paint brings out the flower from the background – it also eventually dies to it.

The video works Hydrangea and Zantedeschia were made at the Cité des Arts residency in Paris, France.
